We want you to love your BAPE tee. If something isn’t right, returns are easy and transparent.

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Worn, washed, altered, or scented items
  • Items missing BAPE neck tag, swing tags, or branded packaging
  • Underwear and face coverings
  • Gift cards

US returns: flat $7.95 label fee deducted from refund. Exchanges and defect/wrong-item returns are free.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pack my return?

Place the item in its original BAPE packaging, include any stickers/inserts, then place that inside a protective outer box or poly mailer. Remove old labels and attach the new label securely.

Can I return an item purchased with a discount?

Yes, unless it was marked Final Sale at checkout. Discounted items must still meet our condition requirements.

What if I lost my packing slip?

No problem. Include a note with your order number, name, email, and the items you’re returning, or use the Returns Portal.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments. Exchanges for the same SKU will honor the original price.
