We want you to love your BAPE tee. If something isn’t right, returns are easy and transparent.

- Return window: within 30 days of delivery (based on carrier scan).
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors or marks.
- All original BAPE swing tags, neck labels, authenticity stickers, and branded packaging (bags/boxes) must be included.
- Shoes and accessories must be returned in original boxes inside a protective outer carton.
- Final sale or “Non-Returnable” items are not eligible.
We’ll reserve your requested size/color once your return is scanned by the carrier. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- One exchange per item.
- Price differences due to promotions will be honored for even exchange of the same SKU.
- International exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is delivered and inspected (typically within 2–5 business days).
- Your bank/card may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- Used return labels ($7.95 US) are deducted from refunds unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
If your item arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email photos of the issue, the packing slip, and the outer carton.
- Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
- We’ll provide a prepaid label and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on international orders.
- Duties/taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable by us. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs office.
- Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to minimize delays.
- We can edit or cancel orders within 30 minutes of placement during business hours. Contact us ASAP.
- After dispatch, please use the returns process.
- Gift returns can be exchanged or refunded to a store credit e-gift card.
- Please include the order number or the purchaser’s email to locate the order.

Every item we curate is carefully inspected for authenticity before shipping. If you believe your item is inauthentic, contact us within 7 days with detailed photos. Do not remove tags. We’ll evaluate and, if confirmed, offer a full refund.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pack my return?
Place the item in its original BAPE packaging, include any stickers/inserts, then place that inside a protective outer box or poly mailer. Remove old labels and attach the new label securely.
Can I return an item purchased with a discount?
Yes, unless it was marked Final Sale at checkout. Discounted items must still meet our condition requirements.
What if I lost my packing slip?
No problem. Include a note with your order number, name, email, and the items you’re returning, or use the Returns Portal.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer retroactive price adjustments. Exchanges for the same SKU will honor the original price.
